  for up to one hour after adult clinic

Winter Staff

John Barr is a certified USPTA tennis professional and has been the director of tennis at Greenmont Racquet Club since 1980. His unique brand of instruction along with a keen ability to match players to game styles has enabled him to help many players obtain high Midwest ratings as well as reach top 10 national rankings. He has also helped the local high schools secure state titles and provided many people a lifetime of enjoyment through tennis. John is an Elite member of the Prince Advisory Staff and has served on many boards in both USPTA and USTA.

Jay Carter has been a member of the Greenmont Staff for several years. He is currently serving as Head Tennis Coach of the Williamstown High School tennis team, and formerly with the Parkersburg High tennis team. Jay is the chairman for rules in the State of WV for tennis.

Gene Marchetti is a long time tennis professional, having been head tennis professional at the Marietta Tennis Center for many years. He has a proven record of success in teaching the game, most notably his sons, Aaron, Adam and Andrew who were NCAA All-American, number 1 in the Midwest and WV State High School record holder for consecutive championships, respectively. Gene is a member of Prince Racquet Sports advisory staff. Gene will also be directing the recreation program at North Hills Swim and Racquet Club.
